OUR PROCESS

initial meeting
Connecting with your photographer is incredibly important! This initial call will allow us to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit.

booking
To save your date we will need a signed contract and a 30% deposit. After that you will officially be an Amanda Shott bride! You will then receive one of our wedding magazines to help you plan and prep for things as best you possibly can!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
We'll work with you to ensure your wildest dreams will come true and that we know which things are most important to you about your day. (All of them, we know!)

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Every wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session. This allows us to have some time to get to know each other so that we are not a strangers on your wedding day.

We'll be there every step of the way to make sure the moments that matter are caught so you can relax and soak in every moment of your day.

Do you pose couples?
We love to incorporate a combination of posed shots with candid ones. We have a posing system that takes away the guesswork and allows for movement so you look your best!
what about an engaegement session?
All of our wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session. However, you can book one separately as well.
do you help with timelines?
Yes!! We offer a complimentary timeline consultation call to all of our clients so that we can tailor your day to your needs!
DO YOU TRAVEL WITHIN THE US?
Yes! We are based in Tulsa Oklahoma but we love the opportunity to travel for weddings. If inquiring about southern California you might qualify for travel expenses!
DO YOU TRAVEL outside THE Us?
Yes! We only take 2 international weddings a year so be sure to inquire ASAP!
What are your travel expenses?
We strive to always keep costs as low as possible. We only require coverage of the exact cost and nothing more.
how would you describe your style?
Our editing style is fine art. Think bright, soft, and colorful. We love a soft romantic black and white photo!
What is a consultation call?
This is our way to get to know each other! I want hear about your vision for you day and i am sucker for engagement stories! This our time to see if we are a good fit.
How many hours do i need?
Your wedding day is too important to be rushed! To capture the full wedding day, and to tell the overall story, you will need a minimum of 8 hours.
