I feel so honored that I got to be the opportunity to take Jesse and Jordan’s pregnancy announcement photos! Jordan is a friend and a fellow photographer. She has been an incredible support to me and my business. She has graciously allowed me to second shoot with her and she has sat and talked about the business with me for hours! Jesse is a very talented youth pastor at our church who is also a wedding videographer on the weekends. The two of them together are helping change the lives of hundreds of kids here in our town. I have loved getting to know them and I can’t wait to watch as they enter into this new phase of life as parents!!

We were hoping for a warm spring day but unfortunately the weather had some other plans. It was very cold but Jesse and Jordan were so much fun and we definitely made the most out of it! You don’t need a lot of time to get a wide variety of shots. We worked efficiently and we got so many amazing photos! Jesse is very good at making Jordan laugh so we got a ton of genuine laughing shots which happens to be a favorite of mine.

It was fun to try a new location and it just happened to be close to my home. My neighbor who lives behind me generously allowed us to use her property for this shoot. Jesse and Jordan were troopers and were adventurous with me! We climbed through a fence and dodged some cow poop in order to find the perfect light! It was worth it, and I am so pleased with how the photos turned out. I am also so excited I don’t have to hide this secret any longer now that they have posted their pregnancy announcement! Congratulations Jesse and Jordan! We could not be more excited for you. You will be the most amazing parents!
